  James played representative cricket for his College, University-Grange and for Otago. He is currently playing professional cricket for Otago. He has had higher honours playing for the NZ A team also. He travelled with Kate and Matthew to Asia and the United Arab Emirates then on to the USA, following graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. He is currently studying for a personal training qualification and he lives in Dunedin. Michael was awarded a Wolfe Fisher Fellowship in 1994 so Anne and Michael travelled to Canada, USA, England ,Wales, Europe .Kate and James met them in California for a holiday.
