Notes |
- ? Born 1st October 1974 in Auckland, New Zealand
? Attended Lincoln Heights Primary School from 5-12yrs old then Massey High School from 13-17yrs old. Lived in the same house all this time with my parents Gail and Paul and sister Vanessa. Also had a Tibetan Spaniel dog called Scampy and several cats that my mother did away with by running them over in her car (she says it was accidental, but I?m not so sure!).
? Had a happy early childhood filled with annoying little sister, making great friends (one of whom I met when I was 5 and am still close friends with), the odd trip overseas (England, America, Hawaii, Bali, Australia, Singapore) thanks to Dad working at Air New Zealand and pretend play/making up concerts with cousins at family gatherings.
? After leaving high school at the end of sixth form I studied at AUT doing a Business Diploma for 1 year then went into the work force. Worked in photography labs, insurance (NZI & brokering), Telecom faults service and lastly Air New Zealand as Service Analyst for 3 years before leaving to have first baby.
? Began teaching dancing regularly while on maternity leave for my dance teacher (have done jazz dance since I was 6 yrs old) which led me to starting my own dance school 5 years ago. I now run Anjannette?s Academy of Modern Dance and have over 60 pupils enrolled.
? Met my husband James when I was 18 and we married 5 years ago (have been together for more than 15 years). James is a Solicitor in Auckland central and runs his own law firm.
? Our first child, Zane Dionysus Carnie, was born Jan 25th 2000. He is 9 years old and attends Waitakere Primary School at the year 5 level.
? Our second child, Isabelle Therese Carnie, was stillborn at 38 wks pregnant.

? We live in Swanson, Auckland and have been in our current house for 7 years. We also own a house in Turangi which we escape to whenever we can. This is about all the travel we get done these days!
? As a family we like to go to the beach, walk in the bush and explore Turangi and its surrounding areas.
