Notes - 020401 I've just had a look for the above residence entry in my disks of the 1881 census, and failed to find it. I nowfeel certain that the entry giving her address in Ashton Under Lyne is in error, and it may refer to some otherTorkington. She migrated to Canada, and she was almost certainly in Canada in 1881.
