  	990504: I had taken this woman's surname to be that of her mother (Waa), but I now find from a printout of the sourcethat her surname is Torkington. I also find that her baptism took place on 21 Jul 1956, not on 13 Feb 1933. My error Ithink arose from the fact that the operator of the index (about six months ago) gave me the details orally, and I did notsee the screen that she was interpreting. I feel that she could very well have misinterpreted the screen and the fieldsshe was reading from.
