Married at age 30 (the number 33 also appears) according to Sarah Anne Cain's death registry entry. If her birth is correct on the entry that would mean marriage date of either 1883 or 1886. Marriage registry for John Caine and Sarah Ann Sheils. I have a copy of the registry entry.

On Death Certificate no information given for parents. No BDM record for marriage to Sarah Ann Cain, but there is one for Alice Emily Rusell in 1877. 1851 Census Record: I think this is quite likely to be the right one. Born in Liverpool but parents from Isle of Man. The "Z" looks a lot like a G in the original.
